At Warrior Wellnesss, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, meaningful wellness experiences. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and may be eligible if the service or product was not accessed, downloaded, or used, or if a session was canceled by Warrior Wellness and cannot be rescheduled. Refunds are generally processed as full or partial refunds based on the situation and the portion of services already provided. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, accessed digital materials, missed appointments without prior notice, or results not meeting personal expectations when services were delivered as described. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method—via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe—within 5–10 business days. Gift cards, group programs after start, and customized coaching packages following the first session are non-refundable. By purchasing through Warrior Wellness, you agree to this policy.
